Year 4 Writers

In English this term, we’ve been reading the story ‘Wolves in the Walls’. The children have been engaging in role-play activities to bring the story to life, which is helping them prepare for a writing task – a diary entry.

Our focus has been on exploring feelings and expressions, encouraging the children to think deeply about the characters’ emotions and how to convey them in their writing. This creative approach is building their skills and imagination, ready for their upcoming diary entries.
