The History display board and performance reflects the learning about Ancient Greece such as how the geography has changed over time. We also investigated the differences in lifestyle for Athenian children and Spartan children including what life was like for ancient Greek women and modern day women.
Additionally, we used secondary evidence to inform us about life in Ancient Greece, which inspired us to create Greek pots and vases! Homework included DT to produce 2D and 3D vases decorated in ancient Greek fashion with patterns and in appropriate earthy colours.
In particular, the performance was linked with our Year 3 learning to illustrate our reading and oration skills.
