This week, all Year 4 students had the privilege to visit the V & A Museum at Bethnal Green. The purpose of this visit was to explore precious toys from the past – other periods in History.
In addition, they are currently reading the core text, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate Camillo; this visit helped children understand his significance as a precious toy for Abilene.
Overall, it was a great learning experience for all: children had the chance to imagine, play and design.
