On Monday 19th June 2023, Year 6 students attended knife crime workshops at school which were facilitated by an educational consultant, Chris Grandison. The purpose of these sessions was to educate children about the impact of knife crime, choices, and consequences. Children discussed making good decisions to keep themselves safe. There was also an afternoon workshop for Year 6 parents and carers to inform them about the nature of knife crime and discuss various strategies they can apply to ensure that their children are safe.
