On Friday 22nd April 2022, we celebrated Earth Day and this year’s theme is ‘Invest in our Planet’. This is a call for businesses to shift towards sustainable practices.
People in over 193 countries will participate in activities to help raise awareness of climate change and to protect the environment.
At Lathom Junior School, children were encouraged to bring in an old t-shirt (reuse) or use paper and design a logo to raise awareness of saving the planet.
