On Tuesday 30th April, Year 4 students participated in a workshop designed by Faith in Schools (FIS) to answer the question: Who or what influenced the life of St Francis? In this workshop, the children learned about the life of St Francis and how Jesus’s words and the words or sayings in the Bible influenced him to live his life.
He worked hard to help people and animals around him. His positive mindset was an inspiration to the children and they used this to discuss how some of his work can influence us to become better humans by taking care of people, animals and the world around us.
